Very good location. Close to Metro and bus. Variety of restaurants close by. Well stocked supermarket 5 minutes walk from the restaurant. Small kitchen was very useful. Friendly reception staff.

UTTER HELL spread over 6 nights. We complained to the Reception desk over 2 nights and this is why. Every time was a difference Receptionist day or night. 1. The rooms were very hot – In April with a sunny week we were told that the French Energy provider regulated the heating in the Hotel and that the Hotel Management had no say in whether or not the heating was on, irrespective of whether the radiators were turned right down to ZERO. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING in this hotel room and the only air available is by opening a VERY LARGE Window 2m x 2m but the NOISE from the Motorway outside is so overwhelming you can’t open the window and the room is too hot. 2. THE NOISE FROM the Motorway was 24/7 It NEVER stopped. Day and night it was the same even at 3am on the Sunday Morning. The SIRENS from the Police cars and Ambulances were roughly every 15 minutes and the double glazing DOES NOT WORK. 3. The PLAYGROUND was continuously busy until after Midnight EVERY NIGHT! There are 4 Football pitches underneath the Motorway and they played organised Games until after Midnight with shouting and whistles.These were ADULTS playing 5 aside Football. The younger children in the Play area were there until 11pm EVERY NIGHT. 4. We booked a TWIN Room (Mother & Daughter). THE BEDS ARE TINY! They are only fit for children. 5. I asked to be moved to the back of the Hotel and was told that the only TWIN Rooms were at the front of the Hotel. 6. THE PILLOWS had lumps of clogged up foam inside and there were only 3 of them for 2 of us. We had to ask for another one. 7. THE SMELL FROM THE BATHROOM: The plug hole from the basin smelled so bad when open, that we had to fill the basin with water every night and leave it there because the smell made us feel sick. 8. We were informed upon arrival that as we were staying for more than 5 days the CLEANER would only come ONCE during our stay and if we wanted the cleaner more often we would have to pay extra. NO CLEAN TOWELS would be provided other than those in the room already. There was TWO Bath towels and TWO hand towels one of which was for the Kitchen. 9. THE ROOM HAD A SMALL KITCHEN AREA. As a Vegetarian and Vegan we were keen to use this facility. The Freezer section was frozen solid with ice.There was only one T Towel in the Kitchen for 7 days. There was NO dishcloth. 10. The toilet paper was so thin it was totally ineffective. 11. The room was so hot we had to remove the Douvet from the cover and sleep under the sheet. If you’ve managed to get down as far as point 10 then let me just say this. THINK TWICE about booking a room at this hotel.

The team was super nice and helpful for any needs. The room was clean and with all the necessities. The decore of the hall was very cute. I did not tried the breakfast or the gym, as I visited a lot the city.

The place doesn't look like the photos online, I booked Odalys Paris to be close to my family who lives 5 minutes away. The main entrance looks awful mainly the floor, I thought I was walking to a hostel not a hotel. I stayed here for 5 nights none refundable booking, not once my room was cleaned unless I paid extra for that service. The bathroom sink has cracks all over, the water will run in the bedroom when having a Shower, this was reported but was never fixed, I believe the staff were already aware of this. The staff will smoke from the main entrance which I did find shocking. Worse place I never stayed, avoid if you don't want your holiday ruined. The owner/s should be ashamed to call this their business

The location was 30-40mins away feom City of Paris. Stayed at room 516. The shower room was leaking which flooded the bathroom up to the bedroom/lounge. We reported to reception everyday for 5days but wasnt actioned at all instead we were lied at every day for 5 days that it has been sorted. I had to go down to reception to ask for extra towels to dry up the flooding and i had to do this for 5 days. Receptionist called Ali was rude and was Not helpful. Also, i booked the reservation in Novemver for €560 including tax and charges but they charged me €598. They told me to contact booking.com.
